In this video, Roger Kung talks about how to succeed greatly in the workplace environment.  Starting as a regular student attending Rutgers University, he is a living testimony about how he climbed the ranks in the working environment from manager to CEO, from starting in a mediocre school and an unideal position in the company. He describes that you must not copy what he did to be successful, because everyone thinks differently. Instead he encourages everyone to figure how they think and apply it to everyday work. He transitioned from being a professional to an expert by always keeping up with what is going on and also not being afraid of learning new things. He describes how to do not only well in what you do but also make it glorifying to god and make sure it what god has called you to do.
