基督使者协会50年

Yesterday, I attended a local dinner banquet hosted by Ambassador for Christ (AFC, 基督使者协会) in celebration of its 50 years of service.  In the picture posted above, its President Dr. David Chow was giving opening remarks.  Later they showed a video presentation about its history and its current work.  I was very much touched by how it has persevered and prospered over the past 50 years.  Today it has service in multiple areas such as:

• Publishing.  Its publishing house has  produced over the years some of the best books for the Chinese Christian community.  For example, the well-known 游子吟 was published by AFC;
• Training and conference ministry;
• Campus ministry – it has an extremely effective Chinese Christian Faculty Network working in hundreds of campuses worldwide.
