Man and woman are created differently. Each has his/her own uniqueness. Man generally are more goal-oriented while woman focus more on relationship. The difference comes into play in leadership. Sometimes woman feel inadequate or incompetent to take on leadership roles. However, this is not necessarily true. In the following video, Maggie Bruehl, based on her own leadership experience, gives woman practical suggestions and encouragement to be a great woman leader.
