In a short 8-minute video, Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon.com) shared some stories about Amazon’s humble beginning, and what he considered as the four most important thing in building a successful company:

1. Obsess over customers
2. Invent
3. Think long term
4. It’s always Day One

I first watched this video in 2009 while doing my first sabbatical sitting in a class on entrepreneurship.  Now this many years later, I still found those words powerful.   We could all learn something from watching this, I believe. So here it is:
